I recently purchased a beautiful new truck from Jeff Patterson at Falls Chevrolet. Jeff was easy to work with and put together a great deal with everything I was looking for. Great experience overall!
This place is the worst telemarket\spam callers I have seen. I bought a car from this place without issue and was happy with them... now I will never buy anything from them again. After my purchase I get automated calls from them all the time. They will call using a private number... then immediately using a real number... leave an automated message... FN ridiculous. I had called to complain about them in the past and the messages stopped, but they've picked up again.
I would like to start off by saying the service team was a huge help. I had an issue with my Cadillac and was from out of town, onstar helped organizing it as I was not aware of a Cadillac store nearby our hotel. I was transferred over to the dealer by onstar spoke to a nice lady Jamie, she heard my frustration and assured me she could squeeze me in early afternoon, I said great! We recently purchased a Used Vehicle from “Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC”.
