We had the pleasure of meeting Traci Winger and dealing with her for the purchase of my new vehicle. She was fabulous to deal with! She showed us many different vehicles that would suit my needs. She took the time to explain all the different features of the cars, was very knowledgeable and was very happy to answer all my questions. On my experience with Traci alone I would give a 5 star! SC
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Terrible Service Experience. I do not recommend to anyone. I've scheduled a Winter Tire Swap. They screwed up my Front Left TPMS. Before leaving the shop I've showed Nick that was wrong. He checked the tire pressure and said was not an issue even the display showing that was wrong. Now I have the car shaking (balance problem) and the wheels pooling to the right (alignment problem) that wasn't here once I dropped my car.
