Went into the service garage on December 1st 2025 at 3:10 pm. Asked the service advisor if they had time to change my windshield wipers on my 2016 GMC, at which time he stated “ No problem”. I stated that I had an appointment across the street in 10 minutes. He answered that I should leave my keys in the vehicle and it would be taken care of. 1 hr and 20 minutes later, my vehicle was still there, keys inside and NO wipers changed.
