Can’t speak highly enough of these guys, going an extra mile when I backed into a rental my daughter was driving while they were working on her car from a previous accident. They buffed out the scratches on my Enclave so I wouldn’t have to pay the deductible, knowing we had 2 accidents. Excellent Customer service when they greet you. They have a great family crew team! Thank you Falls Autobody!
Amazing! So glad to have my car back. No one would ever known it had gotten backed into, looking at it now. They found and fixed the additional damage too, what we non car experts do not see below the surface. And they worked with insurance to make sure things got taken care of. Everything was done when they said it would be done, and they even shined my car up very nicely.

Not happy at all paint peeling off bumper not fitting right would not go back but will tomorrow to show them there wonderful work never have I seen such crappy workmanship Dan told me to wait till the sun hit the spoiler to settle it down bullshit I ripped it off the next day and put it back on myself much better job see Dan tomorrow Friday two and a half months and this kind of work is horrible.
I got several quotes but Falls Auto Body won my business because of their friendliness. They will now keep my business because all work was completed in a very timely manner and- most importantly- the repair is impeccable!
They do an amazing job, very friendly staff. Can't say enough good things about this place.
