Have lived here for 26 years and wouldn't want to live any place else. Wake up in paradise every morning. Beautiful well cared for community. Friendly helpful friends & neighbors.

Wonderful place to live. Nice neighbors, beautiful landscaping, close to many stores (Publix etc) variety of restaurants, beach nearby. Very quiet and peaceful, plenty of seats by the beautiful pool. Been to other places in the surrounding area and this is by far the best one.
Lot rent is way too high. Office complains about everything. People drive to fast, there is no sidewalk. It's dangerous to walk your dog.
We are living the dream at The Falls! The facilities and the community are beautiful. Best of all the neighbors are the best anywhere!
I can't rent ot buy a house or an apartment for this rent. And I own my own home outright, no mortgage or taxes.
THE RENT IS TOO HIGH LOT INCRRASE OF $34.50 IS TOO MUCH
