Visiting my sister & bro n law, very nice community, facilities are nice & well maintained... looking to buy here as a winter retreat... close to Ocean & other attractions.
First of all, calling itself a 5 star community is a self appointed rating. At best, the services are spotty. They publish monthly "activities" that are predominantly fictitious. The HOA has no idea as to what their stated purpose requires them to do, and what the Bylaws require. The so called heated pool is a sham most of the time. Food is prepared and served from a non compliant and antiquated kitchen. There are not enough poker chairs for the poker tables and there was a bed bug infestation at the library. A wonderful place to live!! Easy, carefree lifestyle, with a great clubhouse, pool and gaming facilities. Such lovely neighbors. The beach and fabulous restaurants, shopping and outlets within 5 miles. I highly recommend it!
Way over priced lot rent. A lot of very old trailers in there. Looks like Hells Angels hang out there. A lot of motorcycles in park. No way I would pay there $700.00 plus rent to be there.
