Kaitlyn is simply amazing. So easy to talk to and really helps you out with anything you need. The maintenance guys are easy going and help with any fixes. Great staff. Really enjoy living there.

The Falls is a great complex. Ms. Kaitlyn in the office is amazing! The maintenance staff is top notch as well! We are very thankful for everything they have done for us thus far! :)
I love my high ceilings and crown molding. Two of my three bedrooms have a walk in closet. Landscaping is beautiful. Lots of amenities; pool, playground, dog park and outdoor gas grills.
I really enjoy living here. The office staff is wonderful, maintenance is very prompt, the complex is very well maintained and everyone that we have had the pleasure of meeting is extremely nice and welcoming!
We have lived here for 6 months and it’s been a wonderful place to live.
