Absolutely the best experience! I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist (trauma from a dentist who no longer practices years ago!). When my primary dentist told me that my wisdom teeth needed to be removed I looked at him all sorts of crazy! Every place I’ve called and a previous oral surgeon in Watertown were nots as inviting or friendly as when I called Dr Fallon’s office. Our entire family has had to have oral surgery at this office, a couple of us multiple times, and I have never had one single complaint. I do wish the prices were less, even with Dental Insurance… but this is a case of “you get what you pay for”. We tried 2 other places in CNY and would never go back to either one. The Fallons are amazing doctors!
Dr. Slocum does an excellent job
Excellent - (as much as having teeth worked on can be....) very thorough from front office scheduling to nurses and support people and top notch surgeon Kipp Slocum.
