I can not say enough about how supportive the coaches are and the women in the classes. They welcome you like life long friends. They encourage you to do your best, and to do it without you killing yourself. I love that I can modify the exercise to my level and not feel like I am being looked at in a negative way. It is such a wonderful, supportive and encouraging place. Let's be honest it like legal crack; you go once and your hooked, only this habit is good for you!
