I recently toured this property and was very impressed. The property was clean, quiet and inviting. But above all, the service is what gets 5 starts. Terri was so wonderful and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend touring if you’re looking in the Summerlin area.

If you live on the property, take your time and stop by the office to say hello. The staff assigned, all have great attitudes, very pleasant and will make you feel at home. I placed a work order online and it was handled or always handled quickly or the next day by maintainance crew. They are skilled professionals and will do what the can to complete the service requested.
