Honestly, I really wanna give this place 5 stars because the staff is extremely friendly, maintenance is fast and knowledgeable and the units are very spacious... The major downside is the water service/bill. Seems like something with the water is always breaking so they need to shut it off all day... Coming home from work and still no water??? A nuisance but I can live with it... But then the water bill! These units are not individually metered... They have some "formula" of how they charge you for water. They say it's not ... read more

Stay away from this place. Terrible application process. If you have an offer letter they will still deny you, don’t waste your money. I’m sure everyone can do better just run!!!
