From the very beginning, the entire experience was nothing short of perfect, and that is all thanks to the incredible team, especially Terri and Shannon. I lived here for 2 years and it was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in 3 different apartment complexes before this place, and none were nearly as bad as this place. They shut the water off constantly and, often, just all of a sudden, and it’d stay shut off for more than half the day. Didn’t shower before work? You are out of luck. My apartment had a leak early on, leaking into the living room and left a wet spot on the opposite side of my ceiling. I later started getting headaches sitting in that room f... read more
Honestly, I really wanna give this place 5 stars because the staff is extremely friendly, maintenance is fast and knowledgeable and the units are very spacious... The major downside is the water service/bill. Seems like something with the water is always breaking so they need to shut it off all day... Coming home from work and still no water??? A nuisance but I can live with it... But then the water bill! These units are not individually metered... They have some "formula" of how they charge you for water. They say it's not ... read more
