Beautiful, Welcoming place. The Office team is exceptionally sweet and have been able to assist us swiftly with any issue we had. They have so many wonderful amenities for their guests and tenants to enjoy. A hot tub, a beautiful pool, a full gym, a nice clubhouse and lovely grounds. Just a nice place to live. A special shoutout to Terri, the leasing consultant, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful with anything I've needed. She made our move -in very easy and seamless! I've lived at Falling Water Apts for eight months & recently had a very positive move from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom unit. Shannon did a great job helping me find the best apt for my needs & I love it. I have great neighbors & enjoy the pool year-round.
