An acquaintance lives there,problems with sewer back up,roaches,management is hostile,make no effort to do repairs or treatments for infestation. Tenant had to go to court,and is having funds set aside by the courts. She sleeps in her car due to sewer gases and mold. Management firm needs to be held criminally liable for mismanagement,horrible PR. Poor people who can't afford high rent shouldn't be punished and harassed for living in sub-standard housing! These apartments are filled with rats and roaches galore. The maintenance and office personnel help themselves into people's apartments while they are away and ransacked them with no explanation! Lord for bid you expressed concern to the office because they serve you a ban letter! Not to mention the apartment does not get fixed when give notice that it needs to be fixed. If you are a lady beware of Hispanic men that love to sexually harass you!
