I have been going to Fallen Ink for almost a year now and I absolutely love this place! Their Roseville location is super clean with great equipment. Dustin and Hannah are both so nice and welcoming, I always feel super comfortable! They offer a free consultation for new customers and give you their honest opinion on how many sessions you should need. I have had my 4th treatment here and I have to say, I am very pleased with the service. Scheduling is so easy, online, text, or call in. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling. The place is always neat and clean. The workers are nice, professional, and efficient. A normal appointment for me takes about 15 minutes-tops. Granted, that is because I have a smaller area to take care of. Still, they get right to it and get the job done.
