I was in touch with Angel from the minute I expressed interest in touring Fallbrook Flats. She was absolutely wonderful! She truly cares about the complex & the people and that shows. My boyfriend and I were able to see 2 apartments to compare and Angel had such great ideas for design and where to put furniture throughout the whole apartment. From the moment I walked into the office it was a beautiful experience full of warmth and ready to tour the apartment. Thank you Angel you found my peace haven. Btw I’m a pleased with these beautiful apartments. 💕
Angel is amazing! She is extremely friendly and very professional. Moving can be a tedious task and she made the process simple and easy. The day I moved in, she made sure to stop by and make sure all was good. She took time after her work day ended for that check in which I thought was above and beyond. Any questions asked, she answered with a smile on her face and a genuineness that is unmatched. Thank you for being an example of what property managers should be!!
