Everyone at this office is so kind, patient and lovely. I’m very lucky to be a patient here.
I have been with this practice since I was a child, and as an adult and handling my own medical needs I have been consistently unable to get ahold of the front desk. The call volume the receptionists receive is disgraceful, and half the time the call-waiting service just hangs up on you. I have had documents delayed multiple times because of this higher-management failure. This practice was great, once. Ruined by cheap owners who won't expand their reception service.
