The care provided is completely fine. The problem is they will provide non-routine care every six months even if it's not on your insurance and you ask them specifically not to perform the care. Receivables is very rude about it. This happened twice to me and I was blamed for not stopping the dentist and Rebecca from the front desk was very rude claiming "did you let her rip open your mouth". No thanks. I'll take my family elsewhere.
The team here is amazing, I can't thank you guys enough for making my experience comfortable and easy. 11/10
