Waiting times are ridiculous. Why have an appointment when you don't get seen in time? 2 weeks ago we weren't checked in properly by the receptionist so we were skipped and ended waiting 40minutes to be called. Today my appointment was at 9am and it's now 930am and still waiting, Went to ask receptionist and she said we had to wait because Dr was double booked. Why can't we be told this? We also have jobs.

Two out of 4 of my kids had their first visit this past Saturday, and all I can say is I have been searching for a practice (close to home) like this for years! Everyone, from scheduling, check-in, nursing staff, (on the phone and in person), and the doctor were amazing! Everyone was friendly, patient, kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist is rude and never helps
Extremely upset with the phone call I just received from the nurse Devin. I have been taking my kids here for 13 years. I just had a baby thats 4 days old who needs lab work done. I had an appointment with Fall hill yesterday, then had to rush to go get the baby circumcised because the attending doctor could not do it in the hospital due to an emergency.
