Worst experience with a pediatric center. My wife called and asked for an appointment for our son. They told her May 3rd (that’s a Sunday). They never called to confirm the appointment. We called the office multiple times that morning to confirm because of it being a Sunday. No one responded. My wife rescheduled. She went today for the rescheduled appointment where they told her that she was supposed to come in on May 3rd. Been taking my children here for the last few years! Love to see Cortasia she always makes us feel welcome.
Cortashia (the receptionist) is absolutely amazing. She always goes above and beyond to help with my babies and makes sure we are all taken care of. She fits us in, works around our schedule, and is so very patient when we come in. (My kids LOVE her). Literally the best human all around! ❤️
Front desk is pretty rude, the doctors seem to only know really basic stuff with the exception of Dr.Canada’s. They don’t push vaccines which I like but not worth it.
