Cortashia (the receptionist) is absolutely amazing. She always goes above and beyond to help with my babies and makes sure we are all taken care of. She fits us in, works around our schedule, and is so very patient when we come in. (My kids LOVE her). Literally the best human all around! ❤️
Front desk is pretty rude, the doctors seem to only know really basic stuff with the exception of Dr.Canada’s. They don’t push vaccines which I like but not worth it.
Today, while attending my child’s doctor’s appointment, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving another patient who spoke very rudely to one of the receptionists. Despite his aggressive tone and disrespectful behavior, the receptionist remained calm and professional, calling her supervisor for assistance. Unfortunately, the patient continued to speak loudly and disrespectfully, creating a very uncomfortable environment for everyone in the waiting area, including my child. Horrible experience would not recommend bringing your newborn or childern here. Doctor. S told me everything is fine with my 1 month old but to breastfeed and formula feed to help her gain weight and we agreed just to turn around call cps for no reason at all. Then I was suppose to have a doctors appointment with a new doctor at this office but just got the call that my child can no longer be seen.
The whole staff is amazing. I cannot recommend Fall hill enough!!
