Been taking my children here for the last few years! Love to see Cortasia she always makes us feel welcome.
Cortashia (the receptionist) is absolutely amazing. She always goes above and beyond to help with my babies and makes sure we are all taken care of. She fits us in, works around our schedule, and is so very patient when we come in. (My kids LOVE her). Literally the best human all around! ❤️
Front desk is pretty rude, the doctors seem to only know really basic stuff with the exception of Dr.Canada’s. They don’t push vaccines which I like but not worth it.
Today, while attending my child’s doctor’s appointment, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving another patient who spoke very rudely to one of the receptionists. Despite his aggressive tone and disrespectful behavior, the receptionist remained calm and professional, calling her supervisor for assistance. Unfortunately, the patient continued to speak loudly and disrespectfully, creating a very uncomfortable environment for everyone in the waiting area, including my child.
