Really loved this place but now it is super packed (great for you guys) but service is REALLY lacking. Pretty disappointed tonight. Food was so so. Rolls are still great if you can get one. Not going back for awhile ... ...especially if it looks packed. Hire some more help!
Would recommend that employees should wear deodorant., and also be more attentive. Waitress took so long to get our drinks that she came by a second time for our order.
We had a great visit! Those rolls are delicious! And the kid throwing them had great aim! The catfish was tasty, and the waitress was friendly!
Everyone enjoyed their meal, and had a great time.
Love the catfish lunch. The hot rolls with butter---and I add honey---are also good.
Very poor service. After waiting an hour to get in we had to wait nearly another 2 hours to get served while we watched 5 or 6 tables of other people that came in after we had ordered that were served right away. When we asked to talk to the manager he finally showed up with an I don't care attitude. He said there was nothing he could do about it and that is the way it is. The only thing hot was the rolls. We were a large group. They knew we were coming. We only had a choice of 4 things because we were a large group. We had several tables (10) and one table waited 10-15 minutes longer than rhe rest of our group for their food. Bake potatoes were not done, would even melt the butter.
Food was great, the steak was good and so was the fried shrimp. Only down fall was they was really busy and only got one of the tossed rolls
