while COVID was a minute contributor, the crew were understaffed to handle the customer load, thus wait time to order and get food to table exceeded 45 minutes for our party of four. A larger party sitting adjacent to us had ordered and still did not have food 1.5 hours later. It gets worse....once our food finally arrived the baked potatoes were half uncooked, cold and inedible. We were visiting from out of town over the weekend. Stopped in on a whim, super close to closing time. We were told they'd seat us even though they were closing soon. So glad we did! The food was AMAZING. Our server Christian was AMAZING. The rolls, steak and baked potato were perfection. We will definitely stop in the next time we are in Branson.

The best cooked 12oz ribeye cooked! Our server, Donnie was great! Made for a great date night with my wife!
