Very friendly, professional staff. They were really outgoing, maybe because I brought cupcakes, or maybe because that's how they are. :)
Dr. Falkenheiner's office went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my dental emergency (to me!). New to town, I was seen as soon as I walked in the door, treated with kindness and courtesy - and humor! Glad to have found our family dentist.
Everyone was great except DR Lee.
