I can highly recommend Dr. Falkenheiner's dental office because of the friendly greeting of the staff, timely being placed in treatment room, discussion of existing problems and coming up with a treatment plan, timetable and estimate of charges.
This is the easiest checkup I've ever had, reinforced by a friendly staff, and a dentist who explained everything in a way that I could understand. For the first time, I look forward to seeing my dentist!

Seemingly THE BEST in Natchez, MS, MS-LOU area! From the time I went in until I left out I was given a friendly smile and customer -focused AWESOME service. Absolutely not so in the 4 other dental offices I visited before I went to Dentist Faulkenheiner. I've always feared even the sound of the word dentist. I must say, my experience last week at Dr. Falkenheiner's office was more than I expected(in a positive way). Even, Dr. Falkenheiner was kind, friendly and had a great clinician to patient communication. The dental assistance (Lee) was awesome. There's a sign in one of the exam room that states, "we cater to cowards"..lol. They most definitely do this, because I'm a coward , when it comes to dental work; however, I felt very comfortable. I was called in on time. The appointment proceeded smoothly, comfortably, and professionally.
It was such a pleasure to meet Dr. Faulkenheiner and his staff. Each visit was time consuming and somewhat difficult, and he treated me with great care and respect. I truly enjoyed him as a person, which made me respect him as my dentist even more. I can't wait to move closer so he will be my primary dentist in the near future.
