Fraudulent Charges and Rude Service – This place is completely fraudulent and overpriced. I rented a scooter from here for my pregnant wife who broke her ankle. They charged my credit card $520 MORE than we agreed upon and then refused to refund the charges. I spoke with the upper management; they were incredibly RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and absolutely HORRIFYING to deal with. Unhelpful is not the word... – Went to the back to get measured and purchase support hose - referred by my Dr. The guy who was doing the measuring was busy with a customer and said he would be with me in a minute. After he was done, he saw that I was still waiting, he proceeded to act like I wasn't there. The older man, who looked like the owner, asked if I was being helped. Unhelpful customer service – I called Falk to get wound dressings, after recent surgery. I had the exact SKU of what I was looking for. The first time I rang, the person told me they did not have it in stock and I should call back to 'talk with someone who knows about this'. I called back, spoke with an individual who confirmed they did not have my product in stock, and finally we worked out that they had another size which could work (interestingly he would have sold me a SMALLER size to cover a wound, instead of a bigger s... read more

they have it all – This sometimes busy establishment is worth the wait! The staff is kind and knowledgable and always takes the time to serve you . Falk always seems to have everything , and has helped myself and family so many times. Thank you Falk for making our lives easier !!

seniors, watch your wallets! – buyers beware of this place. they over-charge and take advantage of unaware seniors with double charges to credit cards and then medicare. disgusting! the staff is rude, condescending, and impatient. one employee in particular, Pam, lacks humility and conscience toward anyone spending their money in this place.

Unhelpful staff – I went here on the recommendation of my physical therapist and was dissapointed. They might have what you need in terms of equipment, but don't expect anything from the staff there. They are not helpful and not friendly, so know exactly what you need before going in.
