Absolutely the WORST customer service whatsoever. Rude, staff in the Insurance verification department: Stacy and Mindy, both talk over you, offer uninformed opinions about what you what, before collecting accurate information from you. Cocksure, arrogant, bitchy--do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy your DME. This company will be turned over to the Department of Finance and Insurance for harassment and unethical customer service. RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE away from these toxic women.

I rarely write reviews but after three occasions of poor treatment while in the store i feel compelled to write this. Please go elsewhere - anywhere - but here. the sales people are incredibly rude! Roy in particular. The manager is great but only when he is in the store. there are other options. Caligor for one. its a bit far but from this location (83rd street) but it is upsetting to patron a place that treats people so badly.

I've dealt with Falk twice in the past two months and they have been enormously helpful and responsive. I needed a walker and other equipment for my Mom post surgery, and the staff was great. Today, I needed to rent a wheel chair, which they will deliver for a very small charge ($10) to her door, which helps me out enormously. I highly recommend this business.

RUDE PEOPLE. RUDE SERVICE. OVERPRICED. USELESS WEBSITE. This store survives in Manhattan because there is no other available store which has the items they have that is why they JUST DON'T CARE. THEY ARE ALSO RACIST. Notice that all the rave reviews here are vague with no details of specific transactions while the unhappy customers have a lot to say and/or their complaints are specific. You don't need a phD to tell you to be suspicious. Four years ago, my 91 year-old mother bought a recliner from Falk. Because the chair is manufactured with inferior materials, the armrest is already shredding, which poses a hazard when her fingers get caught in the torn vinyl. NO NO NO! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME OR CONSIDERATION! The place is absolute chaos, zero follow up, and terrible customer service. Do not put yourself or your loved one in the position to use this place as your source of help. They are NOT helpful, could care less that the equipment you purchased from them (for your mother who has Parkinson's) broke down and needs their service... Considerate & helpful & with the right stuff – I found patient advice and instruction, and when one item was returned, got full refund. They're a great resource and will continue to be our first choice. The staff is always very considerate and understanding.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! – I am a photographer, and needed a very special request fulfilled, over the phone. A fellow named Roy works there, and he went completely above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I highly recommend Falk for their customer service, if Roy is any example.

Terrible Customer Support, Mismanaged, RUDE RUDE RUDE – I visited this tiny Mom & Pop store to fill a script for a brace. After overcoming the marathon to get the brace specs, and giving them all the info they needed, I asked them to process the Order. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM so called a half dozen times.
