I've been eating Falco's for years. When people say Chicago pizza, I say Falco's. Also, the Minestrone is amazing.
Everyone that knows me and my love for pizza know I've been ordering from Falcos for the last 21 years. It really has come to the point that I cannot tolerate the rude employees anymore, the lack of customer service and the mentality that they are doing me a favor. Sorry but it's been at least 8 months since we last ordered and tonight was my one more attempt, it's some of the best pizza I know but you need to check your business and start treating your customers like they are #1.
