ordered a heart pizza and they gave me a DRUNK PAC MAN INSTEAD 😠
Falcos used to be my number one spot for pizza. Yet for the last four times they have ruined our experience. Once we got the wrong order, my kids were already digging into it when I realized it. I called and they delivered another one. So for that I continued with them. Second time, they forgot to give the my husband the small pizza with their special. Whatever we brushed passed it. Ordered my cheese fries and pizza first they didn’t make it right . Then got here 1 1/2 late . Cold pizza had to pop it into the oven . had people from out of town waiting to taste the best pizza ... total embarrassment, last time I’ll order from this location ....😡
ordered 2 different types of pizzas, order was repeated back back to me. when delivered, the order was wrong, called them to tell them they got the order wrong and told us we had to return the pizza and wait another 40 min for the correct order to be delivered, the girl on the phone was very rude the driver was even worse, I had people waiting to eat....it was just a really bad experience and not worth my business anymore.
Falco’s pizza is the best in the Midwest. Been going there forever! ❤️
I generally order online just to get my order correct so for my first order here they got it wrong because no online ordering and because she was so distracted.
