Bought a 2019 Road Glide Ultra from Falcons Fury H-D, Jamie was very helpful, as was the entire staff there. Bike had to be brought in from another store, and was looking great the day I picked it up. High marks for the sales staff, getting ready to find out about the service staff for the 1000 mile service.

called this morning to see if they could change my back tire. told me yea come on up. so i get here around 11 am. then i get here and they tell me that they cant do it today. well after some complaining they tell tell me yea they will do it. but here it is 6 pm and still no tire change
