Friendly as well as willing to work with you accommodating requests
I had a speaker not working and came by to have it looked at. Nobody was available to look at it for 2 days so I made an appointment. Arrived at appointment time and the staff reviewed the bike and setup work order. Do not understand why the work order was not done when I made the appointment. 1 1/2 later they called and told me they will not Dianne’s an issue with a non HD speaker. Wasted my day and a week of time.
