I had a great experience with Ron Venneri. Very friendly and not creepy or overly pushy like many car sales people. They think that if they keep you there long enough they can wear you down or something! So I test drove my Sonata and told him I would eventually return. He was cool and didn't try to hold me hostage there like others, which is partially why I DID go back to him when i was ready to buy. Financing was quick and i LOVE my new car!!

I bought a 2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara there brand new when Suzuki was a thing. The vehicle was not horrible not great. I never used the service center for anything major except for some audio upgrades. Recently I was having issues with the transfer case leaking. Turned out the transfer case was bad and needed to be replaced. It was covered under my power train warranty.
