Finally got my vehicle back after 4+ weeks of lies, missed expectations, and simply just a lot of BS. The lady running the office, who I will not name, lies ALOT. She always gave excuses for delays. One week it’s, she fired the paint guy, next week it was the body guy quit, then lastly on day of pick up, it was oh we ran out of primer. This place REALLY tested my patience. I had an excellent experience at Speedway Subaru Volkswagen Collision Center after a minor fender bender. The team was incredibly professional and took the time to explain all the necessary repairs.
