I was 1st in the door waiting for the doors to open...30 minutes i waited to see the doctor...got an exray nothing wrong..o i asked why would my wrist be this swollen? Between the mask and the accent all i understood was i dont know...from the doctor people...thw didnt wven have a brace that fit my wrist got an ace bandage that im sure will cost 100 dollars...run from this place not to it
Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Receptionist got me a wheel chair and was very curious. The doctor and medical assistant were top notch. I will be back if I am ever in urgent review
The Falcon Urgent Care Center gave me excellent care. They were compassionate and extremely thorough in all steps of the process. They showed nothing but concern and kindness in every team member I interacted with. I highly recommend this urgent care.
I'm so thankful to have Falcon Urgent Care around the corner. I've always had a minimal wait time. The facility is always been very clean. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The doctor is friendly, knowledgeable and informative.
