Requested an appointment online, and never got a call back... but I got a text message asking how my experience with the Nurse Practitioner was? No one ever ever contacted me back about my appointment request.
Dr. Hanna is amazing 👏 and the whole staff seemed genuinely interested in helping me. This is my second time at this clinic and had seen Dr. Hanna both times. He spends time with you, doesn't just push you through and shows care and compassion. Dr. Hanna has the best sense of humor and I appreciate it when you feel stressed or anytime for that matter. Thank you Falcon Urgent Care after I had two bad experiences the day before at other facilities.
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I came here for a medical examination because I needed documents for the DMV. After the examination, they gave me the documents and told me everything was done. However, when I arrived at the DMV, I was told that additional forms were required from my family doctor, endocrinologist, cardiologist, and eye doctor.
