These are the facts. We placed and order for a trailer and sent a deposit. May 24th 2022 our order was sent to the manufacture.To date we do not have a trailer nor any portion of our deposit returned. Our contract stated 8-10 weeks for completion. We were told the manufacture requires a 75% deposit. We were informed the manufacture was given $7500.00 and the Dealer kept $7500.00.
