I have lived at Sunset Ridge for 7 years now and have seen a number of maintenance men and property managers but I am in totally love with Lynnette the property manager and Greg the maintence man! They did a wonderful job installing a new screen door and shower door-thanks Greg! Lynnette is so sweet and accommodating and always willing to work with us! I really appreciate you both! Highly recommend Sunset Ridge!!
I have been with Falcon Run Apartments going on my 4th year lease, and I want to share how wonderful Ms. Kelsea and Ms Jonika has been with me. I had lost my daughter at the beginning of the year and a few months later found out my sister has cancer, anyways these 2 ladies have helped me tremendously and I would recommend them and the property to anyone! Thanks ladies yall are awesome
Just signed the lease and moved my mom in today! Johnika was an absolute delight and very sweet! She was extremely helpful and answered every question we asked( which was a lot) and went into full detail about everything which was very helpful for my mom. Helped us with the apps we needed help on. We appreciate her so much for being patient with us. Thank you so much Ms. Johnika!
Honestly I’ve been trying to find a spot in the city for months now, Johnika was super helpful! Went above and beyond helping us get approved and moved! Stayed in constant contact, kept us updated and even saved us money! This has been the easiest move in experience ever.
