I have had family members live here that have had no complaints. I recently went in to check out some information on units and was helped by a woman named Johnika, she was very helpful and made the overall experience of apartment hunting nice and easy! Definitely high on my list!
I toured here recently and I can't say enough great things about Johnika and Lynette and the property itself. The property was clean and they were really transparent about the bills (rent, utilities, parking) that the tenant would be responsible for (which I really appreciated). If the commute to work was't as insane as it ended up being, I would have signed a lease the day I toured. If you're thinking about touring, please do! It was so fun chatting with these two ladies.
STAY AWAY!!! This place is run down, poorly managed and a cesspool of filth! Broken appliances and yes dog poop in the laundry area. A/C units hardly work and when you email or call maintenance they NEVER RESPOND.
Honestly this was not the best decision to move here. I tried to make the best of the situation and it’s just horrible. I know nowhere is perfect! You guys should update to central air because the one window unit will never cool the apartment down. Everything in the place is older so painting over the walls etc is very tacky. No need for me to email because you’ll never get a response and if so it comes off as attitude. Parking sucks and you pay and barely get a spot.
