If you are looking for ghetto and unsafe.....well this is your place! Rude, unqualified employees and more and more sketchy residents. I'm from Chicago and moved to Colorado about 7 years ago, I've been at Falcon Run around 3 or so years now. This place has been going downhill for about 6 months, but very DRASTICALLY in the last couple of months. Have had maintenance issues for over a month, they do not come fix anything, and when you go the office you get the run around and an attitude. They need to seriously fix these issues! If I could do zero stars I would they do not care about the property or it’s tenants
