Estoy viviendo en una de sus propiedades en el 2315 w Virginia . Tengo más de 20 días esperando el contrato de renovación que me dijeron personalmente me lo mandarían por correo y no ha llegado , eh marcado y quedó de mandarlo y nada . Sigo marcando y no contesten , ya deje mensajes de voz y correo y no tengo respuesta.
I was reading some of the reviews and it made me really sad to read about other residences horrible experiences here. My family and I moved here at the end of July and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Jonika in the front office is an absolute doll. I personally think she is doing a fantastic job! I am so happy I don’t live there anymore. Slum lords. Wouldn’t fix anything the pool was always close and laundry rooms are constantly in a state of shambles.
Falcon run is absolutely the best apartment they are so willing to work with you they're kind they have so much compassion . Chelsey and Johnika have been wonderful and I'm so thankful for them They are doing a great job.
