Very sloppy. Mario is degrading and tried to bill me for over $800 more than the contract price.Do not hire him!! Worst experience I've had with any company. He referred to me as "I know your kind".Yes, I'm human.
My preference would be to not give this company any stars but as the Google rating system works- defalt demands it. My experience with Falcon was with their San Jose CA branch, the others may work quite stellar but as for SJ branch it did nothing but waste my time. So I called for an estimate, met someone at my property ( I think that I still have his card somewhere), he parked in my tenants driveway space without asking, (thought that was slightly out of the norm).
