We just signed a management contract with Falcon within the last month. We used them in the past, but most recently we had possession of the property. Today I was told that they refused to take new marketing pictures unless we agreed to their aesthetic upgrades totaling nearly $5000. (Taking these marketing photos is part of the contract. I had the owner come and view my property which I am turning into a rental after living in it for 9 years. The owner of the company, Jeff, cme to the property unprepared but gave me some suggestions on how to get the property ready and stated he would take over the property and the work if i wasn’t able to finish the work before leaving town. Hiring this company was the worst mistake we have ever made. We hired them to manage our property while my family had moved out of state for a military assignment. The owners of Falcon Property Solutions lied to my family from day one. We had found out we were having to move back to the local area one day after a lease was signed between us and new tenants.
