I've been fighting with my apartment complex in Oklahoma City (The Vines) for three months now due to three different leaks and flooding. Now I have a mold problem, over a period of three months they have repeatedly told me that it wasn't mold it was mildew and they would fix it. I have had issues with the property management since I moved in... I see why no it's me wants to live here and why the property is in poor condition.. They office is not here to make living here easier. I would never recommend this place and today I have to go file charges on the property management for breaking and entering on camera so Thank *****
Already put something in but worth a follow up. This company terminated with the property I moved into. They also terminated all contracts and services prior to their end date. I have been putting up with roaches for over a month since move in and was supposed to get serviced from pest control today and am now told it likely won't happen. I've paid a surcharge on my rent for pest control service to have the service not happen. They took forever to do maintenance or refused to do repairs. After Ashley and Denisse left it went downhill due to lazy and greedy management. Trinity sold the apartment complex to another company without informing anyone else but is trying to collect debts from people even though they no longer own the apartment complex. The roof in my kitchen when I was living there was falling apart due to water damage but didn't fix it even though they knew about it due to apartment inspections. I would give a zero if I could.
If I could leave a zero star review I would! If you plan on moving to Killeen please STAY FAR AWAY FROM THAYER POINT APARTMENTS... Not worth your time or worth the headache.
Poor communication, takes forever to fix maintenance issues, blame residents for management oversights.
Just moved into an apartment (in Arkansas) under this business, however was told the complex was sold and this company is doing bare minimum until they are out in a month. The building is poorly maintained due to this, and I've been waiting a week for pest control to come spray for the roach infestation I am now living in. Also had a terrible smell of standing water and it took maintenance two working days (and then over the weekend) to look into it (and it has been causing physical problems like congestion). Here we go again. **** arbor dr Rolling meadows. They changed the lock of the entrance without tenant notification. I came back from work and cannot use my key to unlock the door at the entrance. What if My wife is not home how can I enter the building? So ****** No surprise
The preserve at woodfield. Seems to be a good apartment but have such a bad management. Bad tenants. Careless parents. The smells on the hall way never fixed. Tenants smoke marijuanna in the apartment. Children play football on the yard between the building ( complaint at office but never response) The children damage our outdoor furniture many times but their parents are so careless.
