Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

This place is the WORSE! A couple of the hygienists are nice...the dentist appeared to be knowledgeable...I found this place on a whim (we are new to Katy area) and the last dentist (rec from a friend was someone who needed to go back to dental school...but I digress) for my hubby...we went in and she told him he needed a extraction and a replacement to the ones she removed however she didn't explain clearly on what he was getting....they ended up giving him some "bridge" while he was thinking he was getting something else, ... read more

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Goodson does not provide you with financial info until long after your procedure. I went to her because of a flyer in the mail. I should have only paid $60 for my appointment, but because I HAD insurance, they ended up charging me $240. I've tried to get it straightened out and the receptionist is quite rude. At this point I'll take it as a lesson learned, and do what I can to put the word out....Her practice is a scam. I felt like I was being sold a used car.

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this dentist friendly? Not Really Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Falcon Point Dental has always been staffed with great people that are always knowledgeable and qualified. Their primary concern is what's best for each patient and they provide good service with a nice friendly atmosphere. My kids and I are happy with them!
