I’ve had horrible experiences with other places so I thought I would give them a try. Absolute pleasure going there. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Glasses came out perfect. I would recommend them to anyone!
I had a pair of back up glasses that I wasn’t able to wear because the adjustments that were made,from my previous eye people, were terrible. I saw Celina and Rich and they were phenomenal, very understanding and welcoming. Rich fixed my glasses and now I am able to wear them without getting sinus pressure constantly, headaches, and red blisters on the back of my ears. Thank you Rich and Celina for all that you do!!!
I have been using this business since some time in the 1990s. Their service is attentive and cheerful, and the selection of frames is excellent. Rich repaired a pair of glasses that I had sat on while traveling. I thought I would need a new pair, but he took the glasses, murmured "let me see what I can do," and took them to the back room. He returned with the glasses fully refurbished. He may have charged me a bit for new nose pads, but it wasn't much. My kids used to go to falcon but after the rudeness and the disrespect that my kids father was dealt they will no longer go to falcon!!!! Rich is very rude and does not have good customer service his daughter was very good with the kids! Sorry not so sorry you lost two costumers
I don't really need glasses..........I just go to Falcon to visit the terrific folks there!!.........hahaha, just kidding, Rich.......I am wearing them and will take all your helpful hints to heart!! :)
Rich and Celina have taken care of my family’s eye needs for almost 4 years now. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! They care about our needs and take the time to make sure you are happy! Repairs done quickly and they are always willing to do the best they can!
