the ear piece broke on my 13 yrs old glasses. took them to rich as I had done business with him for years. 2 days later I get a call they are done. I go to pick up. they tell me they couldn't replace the ear piece so he cut her lens and put them in different frames. the glasses did not look good on her at all. rich got mad because she didnt want them so he says to my 13 yrs old "fine. Best customer service in Tompkins County!! They have the best selections and they will tell you the truth if the style or color doesn’t look good on you. Celina helps me find exactly what I want. Rich has this amazing ability to fit your glasses perfectly. All he has to do is just look at you and he knows what adjustments to make. I really like Dr Oltz also. She has done my last 2 exams.
They are family owned and run. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Just had cataract surgery a few days ago and Rich fixed my regular glasses so I could function while healing and be able to see. What a great guy he is. Love this place.
