Stayed at this motel over the thanksgiving weekend I reserved and paid for a Deluxe Studio, 2 Queen, Kitchen as per my confirmation. When I arrived and checked in the “front desk” gentleman was rude and ignorant. He provided me with the key and I went into the room and it was the wrong room. I brought it to his attention and he told me I never booked that room and was told he could upgrade for a cost. I stayed hrre for a week while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. The owner is friendly, good rates for the location.

Room was dirty, hair found in the bed and around the bathroom and jetted tub. Spoke to front desk who “ fixed” the jetted tub only 2 weak jets and it leaks. He was apologetic and offered us a full refund if we left. But also said he would see if he could fix the jets. We stayed. Visable stuff on bathroom floor after cleaning. Bed was not made up on our second day. Garbages were emptied. Tub towels replaced. Didn’t look like anything else was done. Fixtures and furniture very dusty. Tv not great channels were blotchy.
