Room were not cleaned
We booked a room on monday for this weekend and had to cancell due to unforseen circumstances. I cancelled on on wednesday and turns out they have a non refundable agreement which i never saw on the booking. And was charged for the full amount wednesday. Every hotel ive stayed at takes a deposit not the entire amount upfront. SO BEWARE!!!! Dont book a room at Falcon unless you pay the extra fee to be able to cancel and then i wouldnt be so sure because they already have your money. BAD BUSINESS POLICY IF YOU ASK ME.
