Courteous service by very competent techs.
Falcon Tecnician arrived on time for the first annual inspection of my newly installed Trane AC units. Very impressed with the technician’s professionalism and knowledge. He did a thorough inspection. I certainly recommend Falcon for HVAC installation or service.
Falcon was amazing! I feel really fortunate to have them! Our home is older and the furnace has some years on it. I started a service contract and they came out to do the first inspection and PM. Our tech was Henry and, man, what a great human. James was extremely knowledgable and took extra care to go through the root cause analysis step by step thus finding a bigger problem that requires a broader attention which otherwise would have been hiding under the hood.
