Had HVAC maintenance that costs $360 PER YEAR. Easy to schedule date. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, helpful, timely, and professional. Falcon previously installed a new outside heat pump. It's running well.
Service technician was very friendly, got to my home on time and got the job done right on the spot in 30 minutes. Plus, he explained everything very well.
As usual we got great service and advice from Roger of Falcon air. This going on our 8th year with Falcon and we're very happy with their service. Roger is a great technician that did a great job.
Ricardo one of the Heating/AC Technicians from Falcon did a super job last week on his latest visit to our home. He was helpful, insightful, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.
