Staff at this place take a long time to answer phone. Then they don’t say hello just leave you on the line until you say hello. They proceed to say hello and I ask them where am I calling? Lady in the line says Felcon dental. Where are these people getting their education in answering business phones? Very unprofessional!!
Dr. Walheed is amazing. He is detailed, kind, thorough and genuinely cares for his patients. He will not do something if he thinks it will put your health at a risk. I have been a patient here for almost 2 years and I would not change to another doctor because their office is awesome and kind and their prices are reasonable and it is quality work. Dentist is great here 5 STAR! Receptionists not so much they instead let my elderly mother stand there while they had personal conversations. Then they just put a pen and sign in sheet in front of her. Common courtesy has been lost.

I had a great experience with Dr. Al-Hassan. I came here for a cleaning and there was minimal discomfort through the process. He thoroughly explained the x-ray images of my teeth analyzing the bone, gums, sinuses, teeth, roots, and any cavities or fillings seen. He also examines the tongue and checks for any cancer in the bones and mouth area examining the lymph nodes and jaw.
