Stay away from this company. I repeat Do not use this company for anything!!! I paid them 85k + to do my pool. They subcontracted for everything… They subcontracted to a guy that didn’t even know how to put tile. They had to redo the whole spa tile. The waterfall stopped working. They charged me for the first two weeks of cleaning after they finished with the pool which they subcontracted another company for that. Very bad experience with this contractor: - they damaged our tiles (see pics), - they did an amateur re-grouting job (see pics), - they did not provide instructions how to care for the new plaster and now they blame me for stains in the pool. Our pool looks worse than before. They charged me $1750 for "clean and re-grout tiles" but the tiles were only partial cleaned during the acid wash process (which I paid for separately). They charged me $350 for "administration" including "direct job site supervision", yet no supervisor... read more

Terrible Experience with Falcon Commercial Pool Services I regret to say that my experience with Falcon Commercial Pool Services has been an absolute disappointment. Despite initial promises and assurances from Tim, his service and leadership was abysmal. From the outset, things will seem ok. Then communication becomes atrocious, with Tim consistently ignoring our messages and failing to address our concerns. In fact, we’ve been ghosted by them despite numerous group texts to Tim. Stay away. Booked a 25k job with this company including pool resurfacing, tile replacement, deck resurfacing, and paver patio with retaining wall. It's been a nightmare and so far only the pool resurfacing is done. A project manager "Camilo" sends workers to the site unannounced, in the wrong order, with wrong information. When discussing the project with him he places blame on the sales person "Tim" and tells us to contact him to resolve.
