I first called Falcon to have my LG dryer repaired. They came out the same day and showed up on time. The tech Pete was able to find the issue quickly and ordered a replacement part to have my dryer up and running in no time. They also maintain my HVAC units. Pete recently repaired my Kitchenaide dishwasher and fridge. The service was fast and price was very reasonable. Pete is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will always use Falcon and highly recommend them.
Jake went above and beyond to get our AC working properly. He replaced piping, cleared drain clogs, and made sure everything was done right without rushing. Super thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. You can tell he takes pride in his work—highly recommend!
