I just want to say a few weeks ago I had an issue with my air handler in my attic. I called Cris at Falcon. She sent out three techs to check my whole system out. Falcon came out to perform a service check on my HVAC unit in December 2024. The tech advised that I had a leak and needed multiple repairs totaling $6800 and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system. No written estimate was provided at that time. I scheduled an install then researched further and learned that Falcon's contractor's license was suspended by the Registrar of Contractors in late August. Everyone I dealt with from Kris in the office to Alex in the field, was a pleasure. They did a full AC changeout for me on my new home and the entire process was nothing short of superb.
