Falcon Air is amazing- one call and they made room for us on their busy schedule. Had an old window/wall unit that stopped cooling. The technician was great- got the problem solved and vacuumed out the unit before putting it back together. I recommend Falcon Air to anyone who needs good, reliable service. Last week our the air in my shop wasn't cooling, and Jake came out to help - fixed everything with zero complaints in the mid 110 degree temps. I was HOT and in a very few hours Falcon Air Conditioning phoned and set up an immediate appointment at NO extra charge. I was so HAPPY, then the good got better! They sent a very professional, kind tech name Jake , and in about an hour he worked his magic with included all special upgrades needed that only cones from a good tech. Now I'm COOL and getting COOLER.... I see COLD 🥶 in my future and that makes me SMILE. I was so very very Happy with the excellent service I received I just had to SHARE! Thank you FALCON& JAKE!🤩
