Falco Pest Control has been taking care of the pesky pests for us for over 10 years now & we are so happy for that. Called to schedule rodent & insect control. Took my info & never called back. Called back 2nd time. Received a call back by a brusque woman who wanted to know what I wanted. I responded that as I had told the receptionist twice already, I wanted to schedule rodent & insect control and as I had a toddler, I wanted more information on chemicals and methods.
