What a nightmare let me start by saying not happy in the least .i took 2 pairs of shoes in for minor repairs well after 2 months I finally get them back in worse condition then they were..not only did they ruin my shoes the customer service was extremely rude and they had the nerve to charge me for ruining my shoes I am unable to even wear them due to the lack of workmanship.this was my experience and in my opinion it was bad business
