Not at all what they used to be.I have been a patient for around 10 years and I used to be happy with Dr. Fakhoury and his team.More recently I have had a few negative experiences, but today was the worst. I tried to make an appointment to go over my lab tests (which in the past I have had to proactively take upon myself to remind them). The office staff is always accommodating and amazing. They are all so friendly. They have become family. Dr Fakoury is amazing

A Dr who cares and a great staff
Dr Fakhoury is a wonderful dr but his staff is trash they make me wait two hours and I walked away and they didn’t even bother to do anything I’ll never go back to that office this is how drs reputation get ruined because of careless rude staff like the front desk ladies
