I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this doctor’s office. I received a call just 24 minutes before my twin babies’ scheduled appointment telling me they didn’t have the vaccines in stock. As a parent of infants, getting everyone ready and out the door is already a major effort, so this last-minute notice was incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate. Very dissatisfied! Amongst other things: It was difficult to get appointments. Limited office hours. Frequently cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Simple requests eg. get a requisition for an X-ray requested by a physio not done. Results to tests not always provided and if they were not in a timely manner. Did not triage urgent situations and as a result ended up either at the after hours clinic or the ER. Didn’t connect with us.
Been trying to call for almost a week now to reschedule an appointment that they canceled, called several times Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and today. Phone doesn't even ring, just goes straight to an automated message with no voicemail. Update: rescheduled appointment for a month later, and that appointment was canceled half an hour before. I’ve had this doctor for 5 years and can count on 1 hand the amount of times I’ve been able to book an appointment. She’d never in, never answers the phone and she’s not a good doctor. I just made a phone appointment and she never called me and now I have to go to emergency because she doesn’t care to even keep her appointments. Literally the worst doctor I’ve ever had.
Worse Dr. in Peterborough !!! Can’t get an appointment, they never answer the phone, rarely ever in the office, she doesn’t follow up with test results and she has an awful apathetic approach if you do ever get to see her.
