Waited over an hour to see him every time! Don’t waste your time!
Dr. Rahman was highly recommended to me but turned to be a huge disappointment. When calling to leave a message for the doctor and promised twice to be called back within an hour while my son was in pain, my call was returned SEVEN hours later by a nurse named Shelley who laughed at me for believing I would receive a call back in an hour and told me if I did not reschedule my appointment the week prior I would not have these issues. Absolutely disgusting treatment from the office and staff.
Dr. Rahman is so compassionate and educated. He has a great bedside manner and takes his time with his patients/families. Anytime we have a urgent matter we get in that same day. Th office is super clean, front desk staff are very kind and helpful, the nurses are caring and wonderful! We feel truly blessed to have Dr. Rahman has our pediatrician.
