I would never return here. I originally booked an appointment with Njee, and although I was informed beforehand that I would be working with someone else, the experience was still very disappointing from the moment I arrived. The stylist didn’t greet me and came across as if she had an attitude the entire time. I wanted my pipe cleaners removed from my sister locs and a braided side design into a Mohawk style. I had such an amazing experience getting my hair braided at Faithful Hair Braiding. Njee was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She is super fast, but also very meticulous in her attention to detail detail. You can tell she truly cares about her work and takes pride in making sure everything looks perfect. This is my First time at faithful hair braiding in Springfield, Missouri and I had a really great experience. My hair. Raider artist was Priscilla and she did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this Salon. What’s even most fantastic is that they accept walk-ins. Thank you again Priscila from faithful hair braiding.!!!
Was very nice and was very quick even when I was late to my appointment. One of the best experiences I have had seen growing out my dreads. Made the appointment the day of getting it done and was very reasonable on prices of getting my dreads retwisted. I will be coming back to get my dreads done again and I am will making sure everyone that I know that have dreads to them.
