Our first visit to Faithful Friends was eventful. One of our kitties got so worked up and hysterical I didn't know how to handle him. Dr. Puryear and Constance handled him professionally and kindly and were able to care for him. This will be our vet for many years to come.
I’ve been to Faithful Friends a few times for minor illness or for shots and they’ve always been great. But today my dog got stung by something in our yard and was having a really bad reaction. I brought him in without calling or having an appointment and they helped me right away and didn’t charge me an outrageous ER price. I was truly amazed with their service and kindness today.
Dr. Puryer is phenomenal. When I had to put my poor kitty to sleep, he was so very kind. The staff as also fabulous.
I wouldn't trade these people for anything my dogs love going in. We dont get judged for owning pit bulls around kids, and we love them.
Awesome. Love this place. Great knowledge of my German Shepherds.
Everyone was so friendly and caring and my kitty is already on the mend. All costs noted clearly and up front, and a friendly follow up call the next day to check in.
SHAME. ON. YOU! I retract everything good that I said about this clinic. I wouldn't grace them with the honor of treating my beloved pets. They REFUSED to see a critically ill animal. Isn't that what they are there for? We don't take them there when they feel their best. SHAME ON YOU, FAITHFUL FRIENDS ANIMAL "HOSPITAL".
