Everyone is so wonderful and kind! I feel so blessed to have Faithful Friends available to take the best care of my fur baby!
Best place every! They came out to my car to take care of a quick vaccination, since I had two kids asleep in the car and it was about to rain. Great customer service!
Faithful Friends has been our Vet since we moved here 5 1/2 years ago with 2 elderly Bichons, Elvis and Daisy. The care that they received over and over again whether surgeries, treatments, general visits, pain relief or grooming was all wonderful. The staff was nothing less than outstanding each and every time!! Both dogs were put to sleep there, one just last week and they were so unbelievably compassionate and patient. I can't say enough wonderful things about faithful friends animal clinic! They treat you so kindly and take such wonderful care of your fur babies. My Abby had her teeth cleaned and the nurse, Janet, was so compassionate and understood I was nervous, she put my mind at ease. Best animal clinic in NWA hands down.
Awesome place! Very caring and compassionate staff, from the front desk, to the techs, and of course the Veternarians themselves! We had just moved here from California a year ago, and after being with our vet out there for over 26 years, we were of course quite leery, but this Animal Clinic came HIGHLY recommend by the people at my husband's work! This is a wonderful clinic! We have seen several different vets and they are all excellent.
Faithful friends went above and beyond to accommodate my 14 year old dog that is terrified of crates. It was a wonderful experience for both of us and I knew she was in great hands while I was gone.
