Donna has been cleaning for me for over 18 years. She is extremely honest and reliable and is the most hard working person I have ever met. She never misses a day even when the weather is terrible. She takes suggestions well and is always looking to please the customer.
Rude. No follow up. So many mistakes made on their initial "cleaning" (if you can call it that) that I asked for a refund. Donna refuses. Won't come back. Not invited in my home.
