Faith was timely, prompt, upfront, and knowledgable throughout the house purchasing process. The automated emails felt a little odd, one was advocating for reaching out about getting references for tax advisors when they weren't actually available, and I got duplicate messaging from Faith and from the automated emails about hitting milestones in the process.
