Faith was absolutely lovely to work with. I had a very complicated escrow and she was an excellent person to have on my team helping to solve each problem that arose. She was an excellent communicator and very supportive.
Faith is so knowledgeable and was available to teach us more about buying our home every step of the way (it's our first time). Her guidance made me feel so comfortable with the process, that I didn't have the same stressful experience that my friends did. I cannot recommend Faith Watkins enough. 5 Stars, easily
We just bought our first house with Faith Watkins and it was an incredible experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough from day one. Highly recommended working with her and will seek her out again if we ever find ourselves purchasing a home again in the future.
Update: I worked with Faith to buy another home, and once again, fantastic! Original: I worked with Faith from out-of-state. As first time home buyers and Faith was incredibly generous with her time educating us about the lending process. We had a lot of questions throughout our time working together and we always got straight answers quickly. We compared rates among multiple local lenders and Vantage had the best. I would recommend working with Faith to anyone looking to buy a home in the pacific northwest!
Faith is great to work with and made the lending process as seemless as possible. This is my second time using Faith, she's awesome!
